With such little inventory on the current market, buyers who have money to spend are anxious to buy the first nice home they see in their price range that fits their list. The pandemic has created a fear in people of the uncertainty of the future and the housing market.
Fear not, the housing market is strong and more inventory for buyers will be around the corner. Young families are starting to move to suburban areas and purchase larger homes, leaving room for city properties such as condos and townhomes. Also, as government subsidies run out, many real expert experts predict an inventory flood early to mid-2021.
